DO YOU OFFER RETURNS?
If you are unhappy with any item just contact me so I can make arrangements to have your item returned. You have up to 14 days from receipt to return or exchange your item. In order to return/exchange an item, the item needs to be returned in "new" condition. "New" means the item shows no signs of being worn or used. Once I have received the item I will either send you a replacement or issue you a refund. Refunds do not include the original shipping cost since that has already been paid to the shipping company ie USPS. All buyers are solely responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to me, and I highly recommend that you purchase tracking in order to guarantee I have received the item.
There is only one exception to this policy and that is CUSTOM ORDERS. Ordering something in a different color is not considered a custom order so as long as I can resell the item and it is returned to me in new condition the above refund policy applies.
Any item that has been personalized, ie initial gloves or initial hats are not returnable unless there is something fundamentally wrong with the workmanship of the item. Please understand that these items are personalized to your specifications and I will not be able to resell them to the general public.
Lastly due to state health laws earrings are non-returnable item so please chose carefully before making your selection.
All international buyers please be aware that duty, custom and VAT fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer and not the seller. Please check with your local authorities to see if additional fees are due at time of delivery. If an item is returned due to lack of payment of said fees a full refund minus any and all shipping charges will be issued once the item has been physically returned to me. Returns of items by international postal authorities can take up to 3 - 4 months.
In addition, packages will not be marked as gifts, and the true value of the items will be reported. It is a felon to do otherwise so please do not ask me to misrepresent the true nature of the items on the customs forms.
While I try very hard to represent the true colors and nature of the items that I offer, all computer screens will display a color a little differently due to the way it is calibrated. If for any reason you don't like the color of an item feel free to contact me to either exchange or return the item for a full refund minus shipping.
In addition, the picture shown is a representative picture of the item, not the item itself. This is especially true of any item made with a variegated yarn or thread that has been hand dyed by me. Due to the nature of hand dyeing, no two skeins will ever be exactly alike. I dye my threads/yarns in 900-yard skeins, which will yield 3 (300 yd skeins). If you need more than 900 yards it is highly recommended that you contact me so that I can dye the entire quantity at one time.
